On a consistent basis I work to develop best practices guidelines and conduct competitive audits to educate client teams on social content strategy, e-retail digital strategy, advocacy strategy.

DEFINING THE DERMOCOSMETICS CATEGORY IN E-RETAIL
In the beginning stages of my L’Oreal work, the team was tasked with developing an e-retail content and communications strategy to support the overall Active Cosmetics Division. The brand is looking to own the Dermocosmetics category globally. After extensive consumer, category, and user experience research, we came up with mock creative assets and educational material to help client teams understand how to create category-specific landing pages and content that could be utilized on e-retail partner channels.
